Our home is a half-duplex on 3 levels, close to the multi-cultural Commercial Drive, yet quiet, with a peaceful backyard.
We are a 20 minute drive from Stanley, 30 minutes to Grouse Mountain, 40 minutes to Cypress Mountain and 1h 20min to Whistler.
There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite with a shower. The 2nd bedroom on this level contains a double futon and has direct access to the 2nd bathroom.
The 3rd floor is a lovely loft which we also use as a double bedroom; it has a balcony with mountains view.
The main floor is an open-space living room, dining room and kitchen with access through French doors to the backyard. In the summer time, the backyard patio is an ideal place to serve lunch or a barbecue dinner.
Commercial Drive, 150m away, has lots of restaurants and ethnic shops, see pictures.
