We are looking for an exchange in the UK (preferably the South West) in August 2017. Deceptively large mid terraced house on 3 floors plus a cellar. The house was built around 1880 but has been tastefully modernised with a new kitchen with oak worktops, bathroom and conservatory. The floor in the dining room is the original flagstones while in the sitting room oak flooring has been installed. There is wood burning stove in the dining room. There are three double bedrooms. The bedroom on the top floor is an attic conversion and has an en suite.
From our house you can walk to the town or river in under 10 minutes. Within the town there are a number of tourist attractions connected to Shakespeare including his Birth place, Nash's House, New place.and Trinity Church. Ann Hathaway's cottage is about a 15 minute walk away and Mary Arden's house is a 10 minute drive or you can take the open top bus from town.
