A Grade II listed terrace house in Pittville, on the north side of the Regency spa town of Cheltenham. The house dates from the 1840s and has many original features. A few minutes' walk from Pittville Park and Pump Room, and within easy walking distance of Cheltenham town centre for shops, restaurants, theatres and cinemas. Excellent base for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford and Bath. Exchanges can be arranged to coincide with the Literature Festival (October), the Music Festival (July) and other festivals. There are two double bedrooms (one in the basement). The house has a small courtyard garden and parking is available in a private lane at the rear.
