The house is located in Kamakura, a green town in the suburbs of the Tokyo area, famous for its historical flair and the beach. The home is on the top of a hill in walking distance (15 minutes) to the ocean and an urban woodland. Conveniently situated halfway between the pulsating metropolis of Tokyo and the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, Kamakura is a perfect place to live in the Kanto region and discover the modern Japan as well as its fascinating history and beauty of its nature.
It is a two-story house with a small garden and a parking lot (built in 2008). The main floor is open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area and a traditional Japanese style tatami room, which can be used as a bedroom. There is a bathroom in the first floor with a modern bath tub, a washing machine and a separated washlet. The second floor has three bedrooms and one more bathroom with a washlet. The home is ideally suited for families with children, furnished with everything you need, including futons, bicycles, e-piano and office equipment like printer, scanner, and screen.
