our home is located in the north west suburb of New Zealands largest city Auckand. This large single level home sits on 2 1/2 hectares (12 acres) in a park like setting which sits on the edge of an inlet which allows water skiing off the front lawn 2 hours each side of high tide. We have a championship tennis court with lights for extended play into the evenings.
The home is seven years old and is 20 minutes from the central city.
