Our modern home is located on a beautiful beach within easy commuting distance of Wellington city.We have sea views from almost all rooms - and wonderful sunsets.Kapiti Island is just offshore and Paraparaumu Golf Club along the road.Bikes are available and it is a great area for walking. We are hoping to spend next Christmas in Perth as we have family in Marmion.
