Modern and spacious 3-level home with large back-yard in parkland area.
10-min train ride to Sydney’s central business district and well-known attractions, such as the Opera House, Sydney Theatre Company and Sydney Harbour Bridge. 20-min drive to Sydney’s beaches.
Our house has views over the Cooks River and is adjacent to extensive bike and walking paths, which are popular on weekends with people exploring south to Brighton-Le-Sands beach and historic Kurnell (Captain Cook’s landing place), and west to Homebush Olympic precinct.
The house has all modern conveniences, including air-conditioning, cable TV and internet. It’s a 5-min riverside walk to the nearest train station, and we are conveniently located close to shops and a range of excellent multicultural restaurants.
