In summer 2013 we are looking for a place at the sea or a big lake ... maybe Corse, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia or somewhere in Italy, maybe lake constance or Carinthia, Salzkammergut.....

our We live on green hill just above Graz, 12 minutes to the city center .
Our bungalow is a mixture of modern architecure and traditional elements, comfortable and quite big (178 m2) all our floors are made of wood and we have two big wooden terrasses - the perfect place to sit in our garden (1000m2) and watch the sky, trees and birds. The plastic pool is just to cool down or play but it only takes en minutes to a lake or some public swimming areas and pools. A new golf course is in walking distance and a playgrounds are Iclose too.
In ten minutes you reach the City centre of Graz.
Graz with it´s 250.000 inhabitants has a very nice historical centre with almost mediterranean lifestyle and a lot of cultural life. Graz is a university city and famous for cultural events, concerts and a lot of different festivals (classic, jazz, theater, film)- 2003 it was the European Cultural Capital 2003 an Schloss Eggenberg is world heritage.
By car you have wonderful areas to discover - woodlands, montains, lakes, vineyards - little "Tuscany" in the south.... Graz lies in the southeast of Austria and is known for a mild and sunny climate. It is close to Slovenija (1/2h), Vienna (2 h), Italy or Hungary 2h, Salzburg 3h and 3,5 h from Venice or the adriatic coast...
Our neigbourhood is quiet and people are very friendly here. We have two daughters who are 6 an 8 y old - that´s why we can exchange only in school holidays.
