Our home is located in a quiet golf course community (Alden Pines) on a small barrier island (Pine Island) off SW coast of FL (accessible by land bridge). Our beautiful tropical setting speaks peace to the soul. Living areas face screened lanai and pool area. View is of mature tropical trees and small lake out the back. Morning coffee or evening chats are framed by beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the sounds and sights of tropical birds. Pine Island is approx 10 miles from the nearest large community (Cape Coral) so a car is required. With a car, there are unlimited tourist destination activities in the area - rt, ic,sd,se,sp,ss,tr,cf,clcu,wf,pk,fi,pl,z - AE will be considered with adequate proof of insurance. Date of availability for our home is negotiable; we will consider both simultaneous and non-simultaneous offers. NSH,NP
