My home is in "Cherry Creek" ... Denver¤s most desirable neighborhood. It is walking distance to great restaurants and shops and an easy drive to Boulder and many wonderful Colorado attractions.

There is a home theatre system with all movie channels in the family room, a gas fireplace, and comfy furniture. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house for your laptop.

The well-equipped chef¤s kitchen is open to the dining nook and family room so you can watch tv as you cook.

A large center island makes it easy to cook as you visit with guests (or have them pitch in with the chopping and stirring!).

This dining nook is another part of the large open family room area. Double French doors to the right lead out to a large, lovely deck with a gas BBQ.

A lovely formal dining room (accessible from family/kitchen area though a large open arch) is an elegant place for great meals and conversations.

The main floor foyer features a fountain, Asian art (a statue of the Hindu Goddess Saraswati from Bali and a wooden Buddha from Bangkok), stairs up to master bedroom and office and down to the third bedroom.

The large master bedroom suite has a beautiful bathroom and French doors to an upper deck with hot tub and views of the mountains.

Here is the main floor bedroom with a Queen-size "Murphy" bed and built-in closet space.

One of many breath-taking vistas accessible from Denver on fun drives to picturesque mountain towns, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Mesa Verde, Rocky Mountain National Park.

My home is a custom, architect-designed, beautiful spacious Mediterranean
home with large decks in "Cherry Creek North," considered the premier
"urban village" in Denver, Colorado and its mild "mile high" climate.

You will be right next to the Rocky Mountains, near picturesque mountain
towns, ski resorts, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado attractions (like
Mesa Verde, Red Rocks Natural Amphitheater, and Garden of the Gods), and
great hiking and biking trails.

You'll be a short 5- to 10-minute drive to downtown with its historic "Lodo"
district, sports stadiums, museums, and parks ... and a 5-minute walk to
dozens of Cherry Creek restaurants, galleries, and shops.

There is wireless Internet access throughout my home and neighborhood. I
am open to a possible car exchange (let's talk).
