We have an excange for the summer 22.Aigust - 11.September


Nearly 130 sq m app. with 3 BR and 2 Bath, a large dinning room with a pull out table for 8 places and living room.Everything you´ll need for a comfortable holiday. High speed Internet in every room also TV in every room (sat for international channels)One bath with shower the otherone with a tube. Two little balconies with gasbarbeque grill.2 rooms ( my kids) have a loft bed and a sofa sleeper for two. So there is place up to 8 person.
Hifi Stereo and DVD, fax and a modern kitchen with a big fridge, microwave,laundry,dishwasher, oven and a induction stove a least a big deep freazer. The App. is on the 3rd floor with a lovely view on the TV-Tower in the Olmypic area of munich. Next Bus,Subway,cable car only a few steps away, you reach the center of Munich ( Marienplatz) by 10 minutes.My parents in law lives in the same building and they speak english so that you can have a lot of informations or help if needed.Shop till u drop area also near, and a lot of restaurants and bars in this area.
For those how know, we live in Munich-Schwabing, famous touristarea. Feel free for special askings.

lot of lakes, woods,mountain for climbing hiking biking and rafting. There are a lot of golf courses in and around the city.
