L’appartamento è su due piani, collegati da una scala a chiocciola: al piano superiore, mansardato, ci sono 1 bagno e 2 camere, di cui una con terrazzo; al piano inferiore ci sono la cucina-pranzo, 1 bagno ed 1 camera matrimoniale. La casa, di 6 appartamenti, si trova in un borgo di fronte al monte Civetta ed a 2200m dal paese da cui, con una veloce funivia/ovovia si sale al rifugio "Scoiattolo", punto di inizio di molte passeggiate ed escursioni (e d'inverno si accede al comprensorio sciistico che conta 80km di piste).

Il paese, posto sul lago omonimo, è situato in una posizione strategica: in circa mezz’ora si possono raggiungere i più bei posti delle Dolomiti, tra cui Cortina d’Ampezzo, la Marmolada, Arabba, Canazei, Moena ed innumerevoli rifugi alpini. Venezia dista circa 150km e si può raggiungere in auto in 2,30 ore.

The apartment is on two floors, connected by a winding staircase: in the upper level, with mansard roof, there are 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, of which one with balcony; downstairs there are the kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom and a double bedroom. The house, composed by 6 apartments, is in a small village facing the mountain named “Civetta” (Owl) and is 2200m far from the center of the town; from here, using a fast cableway, you can reach the huts "Scoiattolo" (Squirrel), starting point of walks and excursions (in winter the skiing district, 80km of ski run, is accessed). The town, on the homonym lake shore, is located in a strategic position: in about half-hour the more beautiful places in the Dolomites, among which Cortina d’Ampezzo, the “Marmolada”, Arabba, Canazei, Moena, can be reached, alike innumerable “Rifugi” (alpine huts). Venice is far about 150km and can be reached in 2.30 hours, by car.
