Cosy flat 70m2, small balcony, calm, first floor, safe building, doorman, internet access, four micro ondes, washing mashines, minimarket in the street. Next to the famous and lovely park of Buttes Chaumont,10 minutes walking for typical area of Belleville (restaurants, cafés, market...) not far from Canal de l'Ourcq with restaurants " de charme" , movies and good place for biking( free bicycle at the bottom of the flat, 5 metro stations(10 minutes) to Chatelet, heart of Paris

Convenient public transport
