Exclusive lakeside villa at Swedens largest lake Vänern. Private beach with boat, and sailboat. 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna. Modern kitchen. Pinewood surrounding the house. 2 large balconys with barbecue, sunbeds and gardenfurniture. Large trampoline and swings for children.
Nearest town is Karlstad with restaurants, shopping, cinemas and theatre. No smoking, and you will be taking care of two charming catladies.
