Lovely family home in desirable, mature west end neighbourhood 15 mins. from downtown Ottawa. There is so much to see and do in the Ottawa area, including the Parliament Buildings, Rideau Canal, museums and galleries, parks, festivals, bike trails, and activities (such as dinner cruises on the Ottawa River; Gatineau Park; etc.). There are almost 100 golf courses within a two hour drive. Only 2 hours drive from Montreal and Laurentian mountains, 4.5 hours to Toronto, 5 hours to Quebec City, 1 hour to US border. 4 bedrooms (two have queen size beds, 2 with single beds, all with cable TV and ceiling fans), 2 full bathrooms plus a powder room. Finished basement with TV, DVD, VCR, movies, games, Wii. Computer with high speed Internet in family room, as well as wood burning fireplace. Central air conditioning. Large in-ground swimming pool, patio, gas BBQ. House has bikes, basketball net, road hockey gear, toys, games.
