A sought after modern first floor apartment right on the famous Plage Benoit in the smart resort of La Baule. Ideally situated for shopping, wining and dining and all sports activities including tennis, golf, sailing, yachting and horseriding on the beach, the largest sandy bay in France. Fantastic kids clubs on the beach with no road in between the apartment and the beach. Walking distance of the market in Le Pouligan.
Two bedrooms with a large sofa bed in the sitting room. Dining room table sits 6 people.
Very friendly guy looks after the apartments in case anything goes wrong.
We are not interested in exchanges in the Americas or Australasia, nor in northern Europe.
We plan to visit Cape Province, South Africa in December and the Med in Summer .
