Large rambling 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with ceiling fans in each bedroom and polished floorboards throughout. Bathrooms recently renovated and garden landscaped. Fully equipped under-cover gym in the back yard. Quiet, wide cul de sac with plenty of off-street parking. Five minute drive to city, or bus a few minutes walk away. Local shops with great coffee - just minutes walk away. Balmoral Beach is 15 mins drive .
