3 Bedroom shared apartment. I have the master bedroom with a balcony from the bedroom that has a view of Manhattan, an outdoor sofa, chair and fire pit. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two night stands, small sofa, desk, drawers, private walk in closet and private bathroom. The glass sliding door brings in a ton of sunlight into the bedroom. There is also a projector to watch movies.
The common area, which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer room will be shared with 2 flat mates. Living room has 3 sofas, 47" flatscreen tv & sound system. There is also another balcony from the living room. The balcony has a table that seats up to 4 persons with an attached umbrella, a smoker & grill. The kitchen is fully furnished with stove, toaster oven, freezer, fridge, pots & pans and cutlery for a chef, and has 2 skylights.
The apartment is in a great location, close to 2 train stops, great bars and restaurants, businesses, and only a few blocks from Prospect Park and Historical Greenwood Cemetery. It is a 15 minute walk the Barclay Center, the home of the NY Nets (basketball), Islanders (hockey) & concerts, and owned by Jay-Z. It is also located 15 minute walk to Atlantic Mall & Atlantic Center with hundreds of retail shops. The location is also a 20 minute train ride into downtown Manhattan.
