I am the first and only tenant in this one bedroom/one bathroom apartment with balcony overlooking a courtyard offering corn hole, bocce, ping pong and BBQ. I moved here from NYC for work last winter, only to have my office close shortly after arrival. I have no pets and a weekly housekeeping service. The apartment is on the third floor in a four-floor building.

Keyless entry. Ample open parking in attached building garage. Large, open kitchen with marble countertops and under-cabinet lighting. Seating for two (2) at kitchen island. Ceiling fan and jute rug in the living area, with a chair and deep green velvet couch that sits two (2) comfortably. Several live plants. Flatscreen smart TV with sound bar, access to Netflix, HBO and Hulu. Treadmill, usually kept on balcony, brought inside for the hot summer. Hammock, two chairs and table on shaded balcony.

Queen-sized wrought-iron bed with four (4) pillows (down and synthetic), organic foam mattress, high-quality bedding and thick down comforter. (Second down comforter of a slightly lighter weight also provided, as well as several blankets.) Wooden dresser in bedroom, also two (2) nightstands with lamps. Ceiling fan. Full-length mirror. Housekeeping changes sheets; you also have access to additional sets. Large tub shower in well-light bathroom with marble countertops and velvet shower curtain.

Alexa-capable home with devices in bedroom, bathroom and living room. Two voice-activated lamps in living rooms.

Interior design includes one-of-a-kind vintage photography, posters and paintings. Natural fibers. Everything is less than six (6) months old and in pristine condition.

Electric range, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Robust AC and heat. In-unit water heater, brand new. Dyson vacuum. Valet trash service picks up garbage bags from apartment door Sun-Thurs; carpeting in bedroom; wood-appearing tile in remainder of apartment. Approx. 900 square feet. Weekly housekeeping service available should you desire.

Pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, plates provided. Dish soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner -- provided. Abundant towels both for bath and pool provided. Brita water filter.

Building has resort-style outdoor pool/jacuzzi and huge gym, use subject to COVID regulations. Also "Champagne Deck," frequent social events, virtual sports simulator, game room and three (3) courtyards. Walking distance to Scottsdale's Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter high-end shopping and entertainment area. Short drive to countless hiking trails, golf courses (TPC Scottsdale just down the road). Trader Joe's and several organic markets within the neighborhood. Twenty minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, 3.5 hrs to Grand Canyon.
