My home is our oasis. It is a traditional coastal cottage with a huge, covered front porch with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway and Gulf Islands National Seashore in the distance, a short boat ride or a kayak ride away. Of course, you can get there quickly by car as well. The large front porch is where we spend our morning drinking coffee and watching the water from the many rockers and the front porch swing. There is also an eating area on the front porch. We feature a king bed in the Master Suite with an additional fold out sofa, should any kids need to sleep in their parents room. The Master Suite's bathroom has a tub and separate shower, 2 vanities and a water closet. This is a split bedroom plan with bedrooms 2 & 3 on the other side of the house. There is another King bed in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a hall bathroom. We have a large, well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop and electric double ovens for cooking. Off the kitchen is a large dining table that can easily fit 10. From the kitchen you can look over into the large Great Room. From the Great Room you walk onto the large covered Back Porch. From inside the house you see the salt water pool and spa. The pool is welcome on a warm day and the spa/hot tub is a good way to relax. The backyard is mostly pavers for a large pool deck. There is parking on site. We also have bikes and a kayak.
I live on the far west side of Pensacola, FL in a charming neighborhood where we all have traditional coastal cottage homes. We are very close by car, maybe 8 minutes, to the sugar white sands of Gulf Islands National Seashore or go by our kayak or rent a jet ski to go there and other fun beaches nearby. While the immediate Perdido Key area has good restaurants and shopping you can go 20-25 minutes east to downtown Pensacola or west to Orange Beach and find many more restaurants and shopping locations and lots of friendly people.
-Pets must be approved in advance, but may be allowed.
-I recommend a car, but Uber and Lyft drivers can certainly take you anywhere you do not want to go by bicycle as well.
-Pictures coming soon
