Recently modernised Victorian house in Mill Hill, North West London. Lovely family home with living room, dining room, play room and kitchen on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st floor and converted loft with sofa bed, office and en suite shower room above.

There is a sunny garden with shade provided by a wonderful neighbouring Oak Tree. We have unrestricted broadband internet access, a wireless laptop, satellite TV, Nintendo Wii, DVD player, VHS, stereo, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. We have children aged 7 and 5 and so have a wide range of kids books and games too. Mill Hill is a typical 'London Village' with parks, woodland, pubs, shops and restaurants yet is only a short journey into the heart of London. You can travel into central London by tube which takes about 25 minutes or by the Thameslink overland train which will take you to the new Eurostar station at St Pancras International (for connections to Paris and Brussels) in just over 15 minutes. Mill Hill is ideally situated for exploring London and is also great for people wishing to travel to and from other parts of Britain and beyond; from Mill Hill you can access the M25, M1 and A1 roads within 10 minutes. It may be possible to arrange a car exchange as well.

We can potentially offer some time at a large villa in SW France, near Carcassone, owned by our extended family too.

We are particularly interested in an exchange in New York City during Summer '09.
